Bellevue Junior Football and Cheer is a non-profit organization for youth tackle football and cheerleading in the Bellevue area.

Junior football serves those who reside in the Interlake, Sammamish, and Newport boundaries and junior cheer serves those in the Eastside area.

How it works.

To participate in our football program, you must live in the Sammamis High, Interlake High, or Newport High School boundaries. To participate in our junior cheer program, you can live anywhere in the Eastside area (except in the Bellevue High boundaries since they have their own program). Registering into the program places your athlete on the Bellevue Junior Seahawks football or cheer team. Each high school program is represented on our board with a goal of being able to establish middle school football teams if enough players from that school enroll. At this time, there is one cheer team.

  • Living in one of the most expensive areas in the country greatly influences the variability of grade level enrollment between districts. By joining into one club, we establish healthy access to a team sport environment.

  • Tackle football is a contact sport and the sport itself has evolved through the years in both technology and awareness. We fit our athletes in the latest concussion prevention equipment, and our coaches are certified by USA Football on a yearly basis to coach safe and effective tackling techniques. Please see our safety page for more information, we believe in the safety of our athletes.

  • Most of our local neighbors are fielding football teams. Please find yours here: http://www.gejfa.org/ClubWebsites

The Bellevue High School District Boundaries are served by our friends at the Bellevue Wolverines
